In this course, we built three projects across the semester.
The first project was a demonstration meant to simulate the process of using an endoscope. We designed and built a circuit that incorporated pressure sensing to inflate a bag that acted as a haptic feedback mechanism for surgeons conducting the procedure.
The second project was a rehabilitation device that visually tracks finger poses and actuates motors in response to the given inputs. We built a demonstration using sewn fabric materials.
The final project
See the attached slides and final report for more details about the project.
